August Jasnoch

I am August Jasnoch and I recently graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College. I graduated with a Communication Studies major and English minor. My time at Gustavus allowed me to delve into my interests and flesh out my character and find what I truly enjoy. In my spare time I participate in chess games with friends or over online platforms, I read, Ski (water or snow) with family, and play strategy board games. Aside from past-time activities I have developed my work experience while staying at Gustavus. I have spent time with OATI, Thrivent Financial, the Saint Peter Arts Center, as well as numerous on campus activities: Be U, Firethorne, Intramural Tennis, The Gustavian Weekly and Games Club. My decision to pursue writing and communications came through my passion in expressing myself through words (poetry or prose). During my time at Gustavus I was able to take a variety of classes from religion and geology to British lit or Spanish. These options allowed me to find myself through the courses that sparked my fire. I wasn't sure where I was going to go or what I was going to do after College but now I have found myself as August Jasnoch, the guy who enjoys creating content (written, art, video) for people. I get thoroughly involved with projects that allow my mind to brainstorm, create, deconstruct, and implement. I am beginning a website to hold my writings, updates, art and anything else related to my development. It will be using my name August Jasnoch and the links will be attached once I fill it with past content as well as things I am currently working on. It has no purpose other than to be a storage and think tank for my interests. Any advice or critique is welcomed. -August Jansoch
